Approved Complaint About Player ID 21317

ID 21317 was driving in the wrong lane when we crashed head on. I told him he was in the wrong lane, and he got very hostile, saying "I was in the left lane dumbass". The left lane is the wrong lane, GTA takes place in the United States. While I was in the process of reporting him, he started ramming my car with his while swearing and stuff. He did not stop until I told him I was going to report him. The Admin who responded to the report said to make a complaint on here with the video proof.
