We were in a situation and tracking our suspect, these individuals, without any RP interaction, all of a sudden started ramming the car, and in the OOC chat ( ID 431030 ) write insult in Turkish - POV 1 ( 0:19 ) , Also violates GR6.9 in OOC ( Turkish ) - POV 2 ( 1:10 ). I was talking with them normally, and they were just keeping mocking the voice.
