We were returning from some event and i went to pickup my friend at Ph and my friend saw a cop car having a Person cuffed and placed in car he waited for 10-15min then i came and started recording i called lspd on 911 to no one responded then i called admin to confirm that he is cuffed and sosa responded and he was cuffed and again that person got crashed so he got jail of 60mins for free while i do not know how much time he was cuffed again that guy was a newbie and that rude behaviour of LSPD cuffing and placing in car and leaving him somewhere he does not know things will make people have bad experience in server and i do not think that person will ever come back to server.
I do not know what happened to arresting officer or whatever he left on his own without caring about a person,the person in blue hoodie around me was chief of staff of lspd he even called on radio and no one camr and also no one responded to 911.
In the clip i have edited nothing if there is any of my mistake i have i do not worry abou the punishment but something should be done about this.
