Kikna was born in Georgia , Tbilisi where he lived as happy as he can. he was rising like a poor children because he didnt have a good childhood toys and stuff like that somedays he was very hungry too thats why he started crime from childhood he was 15 years old when he crossed cops and they caught him stealing stuff from a car like audio player mirrors and etc he went jail 1.5 years for that. after jailed he got some contacts and got a many friends and he successfully changed his identity and cleared his criminal history. after releasing from jail he went in gang named Marabunta here he learned how to talk how to do things from the eyes of "gangster", so he formed a real gangster after about that he leaved from city and lived with his life like a normal men tried to run from this "gangster" life and tried to start over a new life but he was real gangster in his heart. he started job in LSPD and thinked "i can be a good person outside and bad inside" so he started to caught criminals like him and otherwise he was selling informations about PD, thinking about those guys are doing not new in his like. he was really good driver he learned driving from street racing in hes city because he was many times meeting at this racing events like Marabunta member so he started catching criminals with car and in LSPD he was driving very fantastic. he had a idea about he can make a deals with criminals like about information about guns and releasing from jail.
Outcomes:
1. Kikna can help people escape jail, reduce their sentence and remove them from wanted list.
2. Kikna can do illegal activities due to his criminal past
3. Kikna has a hidden camera on him that records everything and uploads it to LSPD database. [ using /try command ]
