1. My Experience and Growth in Ballas
When I first came to the city, I noticed that many gangs were inactive. Ballas stood out because it was active and organized, so I decided to join. Over time, I learned a lot about roleplay, teamwork, and leadership. I was given the opportunity to serve as Deputy not just once, but in two different terms. During that time, I gained valuable experience in handling events, organizing RP situations like hostage scenarios and robberies, and managing members. This journey helped me understand how the organization works from both a member’s and a leader’s perspective.
2. Making Ballas Active 24/7
I have observed that many gangs are not active during nighttime hours. If I become leader, I will appoint a dedicated Deputy for the night shift along with a strong night team. This will ensure that Ballas remains active at all times. By organizing events and operations throughout the night, we can strengthen our presence in the city and maintain our reputation consistently.
3. Fair Leadership Without Favoritism
I have seen situations where leaders show favoritism or allow toxic behavior, which affects the gang’s unity. In my leadership term, promotions will be based purely on merit, activity, and loyalty. Everyone will get equal opportunities to grow. Toxic behavior will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken if necessary. My goal is to create a respectful and disciplined environment where members feel valued and motivated.

Goals
1- Keep The Ballas Active 24/7.
2- Create A Strong RP Situation In Events (e.g. - Hostage Situation Store Robbery etc.)
3- Aim To Reach 100% In Turf.
4- Make A Well Organized Graffiti Team And Have Everywhere Spray.
5- No Toxicity+Favouritism.
6- Become The Most Active Gang In Ghetto And Participate In All Events.
7- Make Everyone Fear By Name Of Ballas.
Purple is not a color its a symbol of Loyalty.

- I will make sure Deputies handle events properly and follow all rules. They must understand both legal and illegal RP to avoid rule breaks.
- There will be no favoritism. Promotions will be based on activity, knowledge, and turf skills. Everyone will get a fair chance.
- We will manage HQ resources like cannabis and solar properly to give members good bonuses and keep them motivated.
- I will appoint separate Deputies for day, night, and turf so the gang stays active 24/7.
