Hello Respected Higher Ups,
Recently I applied for the Admin position because i feel I have been part of this city for over two years now and I truly believe I am now capable of handling the responsibility. I understand my application was rejected and I respect the decision. However if this decision is based on my past experience in the team, I would like to state that I was new at that time and lacked the knowledge I have today. I take full responsibility for my past mistakes and I have genuinely improved since then. I am confident I will not repeat those mistakes again. I kindly request you to reconsider my application or let me know the exact reason so I can work on it and prove myself.
I was advised to appeal requesting you to reconsider my application or could you please let me know the reason so I can improve further and prove myself and if can i apply again in future?
