i log in today to find out im blocked so im writing to see if i can kindly get unblocked , first of all at 00:00 i was in game with no issue and also log back in after the 4.00am in game time reset, and was actually in my apt also i got no notification warning message or nothing about this idk why it says previous but my only module i had, they were against a wall visible and able to interact with them, i believe that if there was something wrong with them, i should have got a warning message in the screen like i got yesterday earlier that my ping was high and my connection was gonna be close and i responsibly, closed the game and restarted my internet modem and computer and i even wrote administration letting them know im in the USA that usually when i open the game shows the bars in the right red bc server connection far, but same way i could have been explained about this and would have been sufficient for me to not do whatever is that i did wrong, (still dont know if it was the place or what) i even msg the admin to kindly explain me what was that i did wrong to not do it again but got ignored i have the proof if is needed, i believe getting block without a explanation and a fair chance to make amends is not right much less 33 days i would kindly ask to please reconsider unblock and just let me know what i did wrong to not do it again, bc is not like i was cheating or something just traying to get legit resources which u already know the monetary system in EN1 is hard and i wasnt doing no harm onto no one, thanks for taking the time to check my post.
