Rejected Banned for no reason

Dear Admins,

I was idle for some time in game and I got banned for 60 days in grand RP. Im a person who spents around more than 12 hours a day in grand RP and the reason is unspecified for banning. Its written Investigation. I need a response from the admin team as this is very unacceptable. We spent our money and time in playing something we love and the admins can ban us playing anytime? Is being idle for some time a reason for ban? Max to max you guys can kick me from game. So i can restart again. Please do consider this and give a response at the earliest.
