I was trying to type my name to someone in ic chat and mistakenly had prime chat selected along with cap locks emabled.

I just recently joined back to play againtoday and am still getting familiar with everything again. I was then muted for caps lock in prime chat as I also accidentally had prime chat enabled.

I believe this was just a misunderstanding as my intentions were not to use prime chat in the first place and if my mute could be lifted so I can continue playing and communicating with other players, thank you.
