Hello dear admins this player from LSPD did not know who i was and chased me for no reason and in minute 00:39 the LSPD vehicle passed from the road saw me and they were using discord to tell him where i am because there is no other way he also could have known where i am and he chased me with no vehicle at first and he was alone. Even if i was robbing an ATM there is no way he can know who i am he kept chasing me by my ID number which is metagaming and you can see the proof in minute 2:42 in the POV and also if he did not use ID number to identify me it is still unlawful because tracking wanted criminals in the job of the FIB. He also was catching people who are wanted by the state while it is the job of the FIB. The whole arrest was also unlawful although i had illegal items like the keyset. He failed to read me my Miranda rights and did not provide me a lawyer as i requested. Also in minute 3:58 he cuffed me while i was running which is very unrealistic. In also minute 7:41 he showed me his ID which is deputy commissioner which is high command rank and makes him able to do a department for a lawyer the thing he did not do ( i mean by this he should have contacted the DOJ in USSS but did not). Anyway all proof is in the POV. Also a proof of Fail RP he did at minute 11:16 of the POV he said that i am wanted by the state and robbing an ATM were my charges and he has no way to know that i was robbing the ATM as i was outside of the bank at first and also how had no way to know i am wanted. He even made me wanted 5 and gave me fine of 50 K and did not confiscate my illegal keyset. Proof of that is in minute 16:44 og the provided POV.
