During an active RP situation, ID 140998 requested a lawyer. I uncuffed him so he could proceed with that RP request. Instead of continuing the situation, he disconnected from the server, leaving the RP scenario and avoiding the interaction.
This is a clear violation of the Combat Logging rule, as the player left the game to avoid RP.
