Okay so I got a 30 day ban for GR 6.17, the rule is that "all overlays must be recorded", in the video you can clearly see all my overlays were being recorded and it wasn't only the game... I apologize for using OBS and I wont be using it from now on, but I don't think the ban is fair because all my overlays were being recorded...

Hey! I've reviewed the video and in my opinion this ban is wrong. As you can Cleary see all his overlays is being recorded at the beginning of the video you can see that the OBS program is shown and that means that all overlays are captured which in other words is (display capture). This proves that he isn't recording in game capture. There shouldn't be a difference if you record with OBS, Shadowplay or with Streamlabs. They all do the same thing if you are recording in display capture like this guy is doing here. Thank you for understanding <3.
