So, I was doing patrolling and giving fines and everything was normal and when i was giving fine to a car then ID 45994 & ID 154120 killed me without any sufficient reason or any demand so it will be considered as RDM.

ID 154120 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15
ID 45994 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15
If demands were given at 01:31 they aren't clear as all that can be heard is "the area, 5"
However,
ID 152438 will also receive a punishment for Power Gaming
Proper RP Commands need to be used (for e.g: /me searches the license plate through LSPD Database) when checking any vehicle's info before giving fines.
