1. Strong Leadership Experience & Criminal RP Background
Throughout my roleplay journey, I initially started as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO). However, I later transitioned into the gang environment to gain experience on the criminal side of roleplay. Over time, my interest and dedication grew significantly.
I achieved a leading rank (Under Deputy – Rank 14) in a previous gang, where I successfully managed operations and participated in numerous criminal activities. This experience strengthened my leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills. I believe my background and proven leadership abilities make me a strong candidate for this position.

My goal as a leader is to make Marabunta Grande one of the most active and dominant gangs in the city. I aim to:
• Increase daily gang participation in events and activities

1. Recruit Experienced High Command Members
Appointing skilled and responsible Deputies and Under Deputies will significantly improve activity, organization, and leadership stability.
2. Maximize Participation in Major Events
We will aim for maximum attendance in:
• Store robberies
• Federal Reserve (FZ) events
• Battleships
• Clandestine activities
• Turf wars
Increasing activity will strengthen teamwork and overall gang performance.
3. Fair Bonus Distribution
I will ensure all members receive fair and reasonable bonuses based on their contributions and performance. This will boost motivation and loyalty.
4. Elite Turf Management System
