Life Story: Maiko Prime oringins trace back from Tondo Manila but was born near Subic Bay USSS Base. His half Filipina mom met his USSS National Guard Army Medic father during ACC outside city visit and got married. Migating in the Ganton slums, he watched his father patch victims in a rundown clinic. Witnessing drive,bys and corruption daily, Maiko Prime vowed to help and cure the source of these crimes within this city someday.
Career Story: Maiko Prime worked as an EMS doctor for three terms and became a neurosurgeon, following in his father's footsteps. Working in the ER and trauma room, he saw the victims of daily crimes,from robbery victims to patients sharing experiences of corrupt personnel violating their human rights. Seeing gang members show no remorse, he decided to investigate the roots of this sickness and left his comfort zone. Maiko Prime trained in the SAHP to become a traffic officer, but was robbed three times on the highway while helpless on duty. This taught him that even law enforcement is sometimes undermined by internal manipulation. He decided to investigate deeper by joining a gang to learn about their ways and how to think like them. After his undercover mission, Maiko Prime joined the National Guard to start a step in protecting the helpless people, eventually reaching the rank of Captain in NG and member of the Black Ops. He now delivers justice to the victims his father could not save, living by one rule: "Corrupt people are sick, they need their own medicine."

Outcomes
- Shadow Justice: Maiko Prime is allowed create or accept kill orders for anyone he deems corrupt, applicable to both city personnel and gang members.
- The Clean Path: Maiko Prime cannot buy or sell illegal items in the black market and cannot refuse to identify himself, even when investigating corrupt officers.
- Impersonation Protocol: Maiko Prime can hunt and kill "fake NG" on sight if they are exposed at the base or during major events like ammo runs. He will detain them for a maximum of 25 minutes, if no LEO is available to process, he will release them according to normal protocols.
- Silent Manipulation: Maiko Prime can pretend not to hear demands from trespassers without answering, he will instead turn them over to authorities instantly for processing because he can inject them with a syrum to forget his identity and what happened based on his experties as a medlab technician and neuroseurgon experiences and he always keeps a hidden bodycam on his eyeglasses that glows in redlight so he dont need to refresh his bodycam in all those type of scenarios once detaining someone.
- Gang and Syndicate Neutrality: Maiko Prime will not listen to any demands from gang or crime family members. He can instantly detain any personnel committing corruption in his presence at the NG base or Candy Run. When dealing with trespassing gang or crime family members, Maiko Prime will refuse to acknowledge their demands as part of his RP, while ensuring their human rights are not violated.
- Base Security: Maiko Prime can shoot anyone entering the NG base without permission if they refuse to identify themselves (excluding the Governor, Deputies, and NG personnel).
- Anti Corruption: Maiko Prime is strictly prohibited from accepting bribes or gifts of any kind from corrupt personnel, trespassers, gang members, or crime families while on duty. He cannot release suspects under the 25,minute rule in exchange for favors.
- Bio Limitation: These rules are only effective while Maiko Prime is employed by the NG and is currently on duty, these are not applicable if he leaves the organization or is off duty.
- The Soldier’s Code: Maiko Prime must avoid violating city rules and maintain 100% professionalism and full RP during all acts are beeing made within the city.
