Hi Lebron, first of all, I’d like to ask you to read this entire message carefully and truly take it into consideration.

I am writing to draw your attention to what the admins have been doing and what has been happening on this server. Many people have already complained to Abraham about this, but he has either rejected the complaints or ignored messages on Discord. I’m writing this complaint on behalf of all the players who, for months now, have been rejected for organization leader positions because of a new “rule,” for reasons that remain unknown to them.
Just recently, my application to become the leader of SAHP was rejected with the explanation: “You do not meet the criteria for leader.” The rejection itself is not the main issue. The problem is that when I asked the admin what exactly that means and which criteria I supposedly do not meet, I was told that this is “admin information” and that I am not allowed to know. That is absurd. So people are applying for something without even knowing what requirements they need to fulfill in order to qualify. That’s unbelievable. Furthermore, in the official rules for submitting applications, this reason for rejection does not exist. It clearly states the valid grounds on which an application can be denied, and this is not one of them. It simply isn’t written anywhere. For example, when a player is punished, the admin is required to clearly explain what rule was broken and why the punishment was issued. However, when it comes to leader applications, that transparency does not exist. In the worst-case scenario, someone could actually meet those undisclosed “internal criteria,” yet still be rejected by mistake or for personal reasons, and the player would have no way of knowing why. This system is very easy to abuse. Ultimately, what is the point if a person doesn’t even know what to improve for their next application? Previously, admins would at least state a reason such as “In-game punishments,” so you knew that next time you should avoid breaking rules to increase your chances of being accepted. Now it’s completely different, I have absolutely no idea what I’m supposed to change to avoid being rejected again.

The second part of this complaint concerns who gets invited to interviews and whose applications are accepted. Before this new rule, there was a policy that if someone had already been a leader, they would have less priority compared to someone who had never held that position. In other words, a player who had never been a leader would be given preference over someone who had already had that role in the past. Today, we are in a situation where the same individuals constantly become leaders and are repeatedly invited to interviews, while someone who has never held that position, someone who has worked in that organization their entire time on the server, has no real chance of ever becoming its leader. Is that normal? I’ve looked at how things function on other Grand servers, and I haven’t seen this practice anywhere else.

The next issue is the way applications are written. In my opinion, anyone who is not capable of writing their own application independently should not be a leader. In 99% of cases, the applications that get accepted are written entirely with the help of ChatGPT, and that’s obvious to everyone. You can clearly notice typical AI patterns, such as double dashes instead of single ones, unnecessary spacing between lines, and similar formatting quirks. Even without those signs, once you read the application, it’s clear that it was generated by AI, without any genuine personal thought behind it.
Additionally, under this new system, organizations remain inactive for about two weeks before they start functioning again. No one thought of opening applications seven days before the current organization is disbanded, so that once it is disbanded, a new leader could take over immediately. This affects players outside the organization as well, for example, they may not be able to insure their vehicles, register plates, and so on.

Finally, I believe my application is one of the better ones, if not the best. I was an admin before, and ever since I started playing, I have worked in state organizations. I understand how the job is supposed to be done, yet I cannot become a leader. There’s a big difference between being rejected for a clearly stated reason and being refused without any explanation at all. Fourteen year olds who have just downloaded the game and have no real understanding of it are being given these opportunities. That’s also why there are three pages of complaints on the forum under the leader applications section, because every other day someone gets disbanded, as organizations are being led by people who are not currently capable of handling the role. The RP “plans” they promise when applying are repetitive and uncreative (you can check this in the applications; they’re all the same), and that is one of the main reasons why fewer and fewer people remain active in these organizations.

=======================================================================

I don’t want to overwhelm you, so I will also include here a recent situation involving a different type of complaint that Abraham handled.
A player reported me, claiming that I was wearing a private mask while in uniform. Admin Esko Bar handled it correctly and rejected the report due to insufficient evidence, since he is aware that desync exists. After that, the player who reported me filed a complaint against Esko’s decision, arguing that I should be required to provide a recording of that exact moment to prove that I was not wearing the mask and that it was simply desync. Abraham accepted that argument, most likely without fully considering what it actually implies. That would mean that every single player in the game would have to constantly record everything they do without interruption, because something might appear on someone else’s screen that is not actually there. On top of that, I want to point out that after leaving the locker room and putting on a uniform, desync happens very frequently. Items that are not even script allowed with the uniform, such as certain hats or wings, can visually appear due to desync. The admin is obviously unaware of this and made a decision that, to put it mildly, left me shocked. Before all of this, I asked the Head of Administration, Aldin Verstappen, whether such a situation is punishable, and of course he agreed with me that it constitutes insufficient evidence. However, when I explained Abraham’s reasoning to him, he changed his opinion. I am attaching a screenshot of the chat with Aldin.

=======================================================================

At the very end, I will provide a few links showing how the decisions made by Abraham and Aldin, who handled the situation properly, completely differ. In those links, I am sharing almost identical situations and complaints about those decisions, just at different times and with different admins responding. In both cases, the candidates had attended interviews for a leader position. The Senior Admin responsible for counting mistakes miscalculated and made the wrong decision, which resulted in the wrong leader being selected. The disadvantaged candidates filed complaints. The first time, Aldin reviewed the complaint, accepted it, and initiated the process of replacing the leader. About a month later, a similar situation occurred, but with different individuals involved. That time, Abraham reviewed the complaint and rejected it, explaining that it was now too late to change the leader because one had already been chosen, which makes no logical sense. What is the purpose of having a complaint system then? Here are the links: 1. Approved - Pogresno donesena odluka | Profa Silnii 2. Approved - Pogresno donesena odluka I Mateo Verduzco
This is only what personally caught my attention. Who knows how many other examples exist where Abraham appears uninterested in properly carrying out his responsibilities.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you will take appropriate action regarding these matters. I also hope that I will receive a clear explanation as to why I was rejected for the leader position, or that my application will be reconsidered.

Rejected. Your application was rejected correctly based on your punishment history. I talked to Abraham about this situation "Before all of this, I asked the Head of Administration, Aldin Verstappen, whether such a situation is punishable, and of course he agreed with me that it constitutes insufficient evidence. However, when I explained Abraham’s reasoning to him, he changed his opinion. I am attaching a screenshot of the chat with Aldin."
Regarding the other situation that you are complaining about after I talked to Abraham about this situation the correct decision was made by him "That time, Abraham reviewed the complaint and rejected it, explaining that it was now too late to change the leader because one had already been chosen, which makes no logical sense. What is the purpose of having a complaint system then? Here are the links: 1. Approved - Pogresno donesena odluka | Profa Silnii 2. Approved - Pogresno donesena odluka I Mateo Verduzco"
