And yeah there are some SERVER RULES to report and punish idiots like you who always ruin the RP of others by breaking rules. Don't call it YAPPING. It's a way to get a better RP Experience. You could've saved your guy by simply following the rules by giving him demands to pull over and then kill him or use an engine blocker but you chose the other way and these RULES are very cruel to idiots who break them!!
