Hello Again Chief

Today, when I logged into my account to check if my ban had been lifted, I saw that it was indeed lifted but still showed "IP Blocked." I'm not using any VPN or anything like that, but I still can't access my account. I request that this be investigated. I initially asked the administrators to verify my account.I want this fixed.
