Heisenberg Ross was born in Mumbai, India where he grow up having both struggle and ambition around him. From young age he encountered the situation which were dependent on intelligence rather than strength. He was naturally calm and rarely emotionally reacted to difficult situations. Instead he use to observe, analyse and strategically tackle the situation.
As he grew and got matured, Ross became surprise with systems of power especially the legal system. Ross beleive who understand law he can control the outcome of situation. This thinking shaped his personality into someone who is disciplined from outside, but constantly calculating from inside.
Moving to Los Santos opened his eyes to a new world filled with new opportunities, corruption and influence. While everyone saw law enforcement as symbol of justice Ross saw it as a organisation structure that could be studied and mastered. The thrill of pushing boundries and testing limits slowly became part of his nature.
Career Story:
Heisenberg Ross began his journey within the legal system by working under DOJ. His legal accuman and quick learning ability earned him recognition and eventually allowing his to rise to the position of State Attorney. In this role he handled many complex cases gave his client justice, helped leos catch corrupt cops in thier system which helped his developing strong working relationship with various law enforcement agencies.
Seeking deeper involvment in leos agency, Ross joined SAHP as a District Attorney, where he gained deeper knowledge about police operations, investigation procedures and internal system. As Ross was DA he knew all the stuff how IA investigate and what IA do in org.
Eventually, Ross transitioned into LSPD. By this time Ross posessed something that most officer donot have :- Extensive legal expertise and high level connection.
However with constant exposure to criminals and criminal operations and financial power behind them started influencing Ross's mindset.
Ross realised that by using the legal knowledge he has and the badge, he could easily manipulate situation without getting detected.
The combination of financial gain and the adernaline rush after thrilling situation drew him more towards corruption.
Now in LSPD, Heisenberg Ross owns a image of a very professional and disciplined officer. But behind the badge there is a calculated individual who understands the system completly and knows exactly how to use it for money.
