Todd Gypavelli was born in Idlewood, San Andreas to unknown biological parents next to the pizza stack. He was placed in the local orphanage, but due to his young nature he was adopted quickly by a white English couple by the names Alice Fennimore and Charles Fennimore. The couple was newly married and decided to adopt after Alice learned she was not able to have any children of her own. For the first 10 years of Todd’s life with Alice and Charles life was a breeze. Todd was an only child so they spoiled him with anything he wanted and rarely told him no. This all changed whenever Alice found out she was pregnant 2 days after Todd’s 10th birthday. This pregnancy came as a huge surprise to everyone, as Alice had been told she would never be able to have biological children and as 10 years had passed since the news, Alice and Charles assumed the doctors were right. Alice went to the doctors immediately and began preparing for the new baby to arrive, all but completely forgetting about Todd. Charles and Alice continued to take him to and from school, as well as do the bare minimum, but stopped showing him much attention outside of that as the baby’s due date approached. Even at the baby shower Todd was barely noticed by the family he had come to love over 10 years, as everyone (grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, etc) was more excited for a biological baby of the family to be born. Todd, initially overjoyed with the idea of a baby brother or sister, began to resent this unborn child and began to grow cold toward his family.
Todd’s grades at school dropped from B’s and A’s to C’s and D’s by the time his baby sister Abigail was born. The two new parents fawned over Abigail (literally giving her the name they did because it means “gives joy”), and by the time Todd had started high school the two were barely acknowledging his presence. Once in high school Todd met a new group of people who deemed themselves as GYPMXBB. Among the people he became closest with were Miek Lyve-Gypavelli and Rik Lyve-Gypavelli. The three had wildly different backgrounds, but upon meeting and becoming best friends, they felt that maybe they had known each other for many lifetimes. From the time of meeting the three became thick as thieves by doing things such as committing petty crime, graffiting parts of Los Santos, and genuinely being hooligans around the city. By the end of senior year Todd donned the name Gypavelli, moved out of his family house, and started staying with Miek. Alice and Charles were hardly aware that he had moved out, and once all of his items were moved from the house they ceased contact with Todd and turned his room into a playroom for Abigail.
While Todd was initially more upset as a child at how Alice and Charles had treated him, once he met up with the Gyps and was invited in (and deemed as a Gypavelli Crown–one of the highest ranks amongst the Gyps), he thought maybe it was worth the hardship to meet his real family. Despite letting the anger go, Todd still struggled with paranoia and trust issues, as well as anger issues that stemmed from his family forgetting about him for someone else.

After high school the Gyps moved onto Spanish Avenue, dominating the block and recruiting new people to their franchise. Many of the Gyps continued to go into petty crime, but the three main ones (Todd, Miek, and Rik) decided to go on a different route. The three had grown tired of petty crime and wanted to try something more. The three went to Los Santos Police Department on Mission Row and requested jobs, wanting to try out the legal life. LSPD was recruiting and so the three started police academy together and quickly moved up the ranks once they were all officially brought into LSPD. While Todd enjoyed some of the thrills of police life, such as chasing criminals in cars, shootouts, and detaining criminals, he started to miss the thrill of the night life. At first Todd did his best to push those thoughts out of his head, wanting to try and stay squeaky clean, but as he started drinking more and sleeping less, his road to debauchery started to pave its way into his home life as well as his LSPD life. The blur between personal and job life grew more and more blurry.
During a trip to the liquor store one day, Todd ran into a woman he knew from work. He had seen her a few times, but ultimately the two of them had never spoken. He did not think much of it until she contacted him outside of work, curious about his voice and wondering how a guy born in San Andreas could have an English accent. Todd explained his life story to her on their first date (on the beaches of Los Santos), and the two were quickly wed.
Zema officially brought Todd into LSPD’S corrupt life by sharing her story to him. Enraged by all the bad in his life, Todd vowed to bring LSPD’s empire to the ground from the inside out.

Outcomes:
1. Because of Todd’s paranoia, he has a nearly undetectable camera hidden in his Rolex Watch that is always uploading to a private server (he will use rp commands to ensure its turned on properly)
2. Because of Todd’s paranoia, he carries a work radio at all times to ensure he is in constant contact with the few people in the department that he trusts and to watch everything going on.
3. Todd conceals his police I.D in a secret but accessible hidden pocket in his pocketrs. (If taken hostage and asked for police I.D can do 2 try commands to see if they were successful in finding badge)
4. Todd can accept bribes of a maximum of $20,000 to reduce jail time sentence or remove a person off the wanted list or “lose” his body cam of the situation which would ensure the criminal walks free ( Only friends/family or people with information that can be used by Todd)
5. Todd can sell information to criminals or gangs ( info such as raids/ammo runs for orgs) in return for money or information.
6. Todd can smash org and personal body cams if he finds them on a person (must use try cmd maximum of twice)
7. Todd can have any tattoo on his body as he will have it covered whilst on duty, and having tattoos makes him less likely to look like a cop and be taken hostage
8. Todd can participate in family events, legal or illegal.
9. Whilst off duty, Todd can rob and kill people with Family
10. Todd also carries his I.D with him off duty in order to use this I.D to get herself and her friends/family out of sticky situations
