As you can see in the POV, we were attempting to stop a vehicle whose driver was holding a gun in hand. I gave him three demands to pull over, but he did not comply. Later, I disabled his engine, after which they directly shot at us in the city without giving any demands. This is a clear violation of GR 6.15.
