Life Story :
Cheif Normen was born on Richman Street in a mafia family. His father was a weapon smuggler who was eventually captured by YAM Captain, the leader of the LSPD, and sent to jail. Despite of his criminal family background, Normen focused on his studies and proved himself to be intelligent and clever.
He secured a college scholarship and completed his education. Later, he joined the LSPD and worked loyally for almost two years. No one in the department knew about his real identity or his past.
With time, Cheif Normen got the opportunity he was waiting for. Using his position and access, he secretly breached information and planned a jailbreak to help his father, all while maintaining his image as a dedicated officer.
Career story :
Chief Normen was hired as a trainee in the LSPD, where his coach/teacher was Yam Captain. Over time, they developed a strong friendship. Yam Captain trained Normen on all LSPD rules, procedures, and the proper way to arrest criminals.
With all the dedication and skills, Normen eventually became the Chief of Staff of the LSPD Organisation. Despite the age gap, Normen and Yam Captain remain very close friends.
Now, Normen is facing his biggest challenge. He must execute his master plan without letting Yam Captain know, as he is loyal to his friendship. He does not want to lose his best friend, but he has bigger plans that he still needs to carry out.

Cheif Normen can refuse to show his id to any leo or citizens .
