During a state inspection, we encountered a SAHP employee’s vehicle. As part of the official inspection procedure, we told the employee to open the vehicle’s trunk, but he refused to comply with the lawful order ( GR 6.4 ) and subsequently proceeded to the dressing area, where he left the game violated GR 6.2.
