I am writing to appeal the ban I received on 31.12.2024 for "hack of accounts". I know a lot of time has passed since then. After I was banned, my work life got very busy, so I simply took a long break from the game and didn't have the time to appeal it back then. Now, in 2026, I want to return to the server and play again.
To explain the situation: On that day in 2024, I logged into my account from my workplace computer during my free time. Because my workplace uses a shared corporate network/IP, I suspect your security system flagged my connection as suspicious or linked it to other accounts.
I have never engaged in any account hacking. This account is entirely mine. I am willing to provide any necessary information (or PC hardware logs showing the difference between my home PC and the work PC) to verify my identity.

Note: Since it has been almost 2 years, I couldn't remember my exact in-game character name, so I had to write that I forgot it in the nickname field. However, my account ID is 363393.
