Everything is available in POV. This person randomly punches me in the green zone for no reason. I slap him, and as we all know, the animation is completed with his consent. I walk away without doing anything else, and the person punches me again inside the green zone. As far as I understand, he is a government official, such as a FBI or SHAP agent. And as seen in this POV, he is abusing his position. He is harassing people for no reason. Since we cannot retaliate inside the green zone, and he knows this, he is abusing the advantage given to him by his position.
