1. Already I have experience as Deputy.
Last term. I was the Deputy of Marabunta and Families. I know how the gang works how to manage members, and how to handle difficult situations like Fz Raid Gun Store and Store Robber Etc... I understand the responsibilities, and I want to be a leader now. Also I don't need time to learn from zero because I already know the system how The Gang Works and What's Te Procces Of Events.
2. I care about the members and teamwork.
I don’t just want power to be a leader I want to build a strong team and I want members to feel respected and motivated to stay active as in my term I am Thinking to GiveAway 8M + Good Random Bonuses. Also I will Choose My Deputies Wisely whose playing Times Would Be Different From Each Other So We Can Do Max - Max Events And There Will No Pressure on us and it will help us to run out Gang easily and I want to make it a Terrorist Org and I Will Give Most Evidences To FIB To Raid On us and we want to kill them and Win Gang Raid.

I know what I want to achieve as a leader. I want to take Over Max Turfs + Max Spray Graffiti + Max Hostage Situations So I Can Get Money Easily And Will Have no problem to Give Max Bonuses. I will focus on strong and Best Turf Team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As a leader, I will make sure everyone follows rules and stays Calm During situations as In My Gang Experience I have seen so many toxic Members but I want my gang to Win events By not staying Toxic. Also In My experience I Have seen HighCommand Blacklisting Players When They Break A Single Rule But in my term I will give chance to Players who Broke Rule i will teach them once if they still doesn't follow i will inform mY Curators for Punishment approval and Wait for Their Reply.
I will do Max Fz + Max Events and Stuff.
