as u see in video , this FIB agent come to the bar and start cuffing persons randomly , he cuffed me without no reason and insulted me. he didn t do process of arrest not giving me charges not saying miranda rights , refuse my demand for lawyer , refuse my demand for ID ... then start asking for money and he is not even corrupt cop . this is 2nd time in a week i got harassed by FIB guy to give him money
