Rejected Jail for MG | Sergio Saint

Basically, I was in DOC and my friend had died about 300 meters away, so I went to patch him. The admin somehow appeared out of nowhere and asked how I knew he had died. I told him he is my family member and I can see his blip. However, I didn’t know that it is considered metagaming. He then informed me that it is metagaming. I told him “either way” I can still see him from that far because he isn’t 1 km away. He was literally about 200 or 300 meters away, not that far, so his body would still be rendered for me.

However, the admin kept saying that I was trying to deceive him and that he has POV. I did not deceive anybody. I said “either way” I would see his body from that distance. The admin kept trying to confuse me, wanting me to try to deceive him so he could punish me for that, which I clearly did not do or intend to do.

I hope you can review the full situation again including my talk with the admin, as I feel my punishment and jail time were unfair.

Also, I want to point out that the admin punished me just for saying that I could see the blip on the map, which I didn’t know is considered metagaming. 5 minutes before the admin comes out of nowhere, I made a ticket about someone doing UB clothes and he said that person would be given a chance and informed him to change it in middle of RP situation while I got punished for not knowing such minor thing.

As stated above I asked how you saw your friend die, you stated you saw the blip on the map which is again MG. I was there as I saw was responding to your UB clothing tickets. If he had UB clothes, he would have had a chance to change them. They were not UB but I had them change them so you could see his vest clearer.
I asked you multiple times how you saw your friend dead, you stated that there is no way to prove that I saw your mg as you clearly stated that you saw him on the blip. There is no need to trick you when you answered in this way then changed your story and proceeded to tell me I was wrong. This is why you were punished.
