Life Story :
Notix Was born in a Village of New Delhi. Upon his Birth he lost his mother due to complications and his father died due to heart attack the following day. He was brought up by his Uncle and aunt who treated him very badly. Notix was very short tempered.
He never liked if someone lied, tortured and harrased him. He is against all of these deeds. He was a very angry person.
After Completing His graduation, Notix became a Doctor and specialized in Neurosurgery. However Notix Was not happy with his life , he wanted to do something different, Something which never happened in his life.
He Flied to the city of Los Santos to explore the other side of the world. One Fine day someone from the SAHP asked Notix to join their police force. Upon Joining he started his training as a recruit , Became a successful Police officer , arrested many criminals and devoid any crime in the city of Los Santos.
Notix Asked to himself, "Is this enough? " To which he answered himself that just patrolling the highways will gain him nothing and he has to do something exceptional.
He Saw that the Federal Investigation Bureau is actively recruiting active and passive agents who are energetic. He filled out an application upon his interview being accepted he resigned and kept his badge in the sheriff's Office of SAHP and joined the Federal Investigation Bureau.
After he joined FIB and completed his Undercover/Spec Ops training, He successfully became a full well sufficient agent. He busted many criminals and made his way in the high command team of HR. Under the FIB Director Kevin Tosca, Notix was the Deputy/Acting Director of FIB And managed the whole department whenever he wasn't in the city
In a Hostage situation by the Los Santos Vagos Gang, The Director of FIB(Kevin Tosca) was assassinated by the Gangs , Where Notix Mourned his death.
Now the Real question was, Who would look over FIB ?
Everyone Nominated Notix Haze to be the next Director of FIB . He managed the whole department very nicely with many gang raids neutralizing their criminal power.
However Notix had turned into a drug addict. He used to smoke weed and consume cocaine everyday.
It became so worse that on the 25th day of being the director of the bureau he had to be removed from his post for the following reason, he was also hospitalized because of over dose of the drugs.
After spending 3 months in the hospital his friend whose identity shall be protected, His Code name "Hunter" Forced him to be a member of the Los Santos vagos gang when he was under the influence of alcohol/drugs. After he became the member of gang Notix assassinated many LEO's And his friend "Tyrone Dior" Who happened to be his deputy when he was the director. Notix a good soul ruined his life due to drug in-take. However when notix was not in the influence of drugs and got to know that Tyrone Dior is no more in this world he cried over his body, mourning his death. Said “Miss you My friend, miss you” .
Outcomes :
1.Since Notix hates lies, he will be able to use truth serum to find the truth as well as torture/interrogate/kill for information even for lawyers. (Will use /do grabs the injection from the bag , /try fills it with truth serum and injects it into the "Person" )
2. Notix will be able to hack and delete any CCTV Camera footage. In any Gov/state Buildings. since he has been the director he knows how to break into the system.(/try twice per situation)
3. Notix will be able to find, smash and break the bodycam since he doesnt want anyone to know what he is doing in the gng(/try twice per situation)
4. Notix has a special bodycam attached to his bear's eyes, which records everything automatically(Will use /me/do Commands to start)
5. Notix will be able to Torture/Cut the fingers of the hostage since he is very short tempered.
