[CHAYAN BARNES]

A guy came to the NG base without informing anyone or giving any prior notice, so i cuffed him for P.C. 3.4.2 – Trespassing on State Property. He was also threatening us, saying, “You will not be in the city anymore,” and other similar things. and I tried to handle the situation politely, but he repeatedly tried to silence me by making threats.
