I was performing a Trucker Organization job when I had a minor accidental collision with the offender's vehicle. Despite it being an accident, the player proceeded to:

1. VDM/Ram: Repeatedly rammed my trailer to force it to unhitch, preventing me from completing my job.
2. Lack of Initiation: No verbal demands or RP interaction were provided before the escalation.
3. RDM: While I was attempting to get back into my truck and retreat (after an accidental weapon-draw hotkey press), the player shot me in the back and killed me.
