On consideration Mass Rule Break | LSPD

I was doing corruption then, at time strap 4:18 ID 150924 call his 4 ppl by mg and i ran from there, 7:07 then they did department to gov, how they know that i am from gov, my license plate was broken no where to be found and that police officer that i cuff did not speak and i did not show id its fail rp by lspd, at 9:10 they again did mg and reached to my second loc and did not give demands and shooted me down.
