We were making a normal arrest of a 10-15 and transported him for processing. During the arrest, we put tape across his mouth, thus he was unable to speak ICly.
However, the suspect was talking normally, even though he had tape across his mouth, which is a Fail RP, as he was ignoring the RP condition given to him.
Upon arrival at the DOC for processing, the suspect somehow managed to contact his friends, who were not aware he was in custody and unable to communicate ICly because he was given tape across his mouth. Shortly afterwards, a number of people turned up at the DOC and opened fire at the police officers within the DOC.

This is a clear case of Meta Gaming, as the suspect was not able to communicate his location and situation to his friends. The attack is a clear case of OOC communication, as there is no way he could have communicated his location to his friends ICly.

It is also a clear of OOC communication because the attack took place within the DOC, which is a Green Zone, thus violating GZ 1.1
