I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this appeal regarding my permanent ban on Grand RP. I respectfully want to explain that I was not involved in the actions that led to this punishment.
As confirmed by the administration, my account was accessed from a different IP address (371579) under the name “Jon Eldia.” This login occurred at the same time the rule violation happened. During that period, I was not online and had no control over my account.
I have been informed that the person responsible has already received a permanent punishment, which clearly shows that the violation was committed by someone else. However, I also received a permanent ban even though I was not present in the game at that time and had no involvement in disrespecting the admins.
I completely condemn any disrespect toward the administration. I have always followed the server rules and would never intentionally risk my account or reputation by behaving in such a manner. Being permanently banned for something I did not do is very disappointing.
I kindly request you to please review the login history and IP records again. The suspicious login from IP 371579 under the name “Jon Eldia” should clearly show that my account was compromised.
I have now secured my account properly and taken all necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.
Grand RP means a lot to me, and I genuinely enjoy being part of this community. I respectfully request you to reconsider my permanent ban and give me a fair chance to continue playing.
