Description of the Situation​

I am submitting this complaint regarding a CR punishment I received, which I believe was unfair and the result of a misunderstanding.


At the time of the incident, I was outside Electrical, which is a Green Zone. I was honking my horn to offer another player a ride, which is normal, non-aggressive roleplay.


While doing this, another player suddenly came from another direction and rammed my vehicle at speed. I did not initiate any collision. After the first impact, I fully stopped my vehicle to avoid escalation; however, the same player continued to ram my car multiple times, even while I was stationary.


Despite this, I was punished for CR, even though I did not intentionally ram or provoke the other player.

Why I Believe This Punishment Is Unfair​

• The incident occurred outside Electrical, a Green Zone
• I did not initiate the collision
• I stopped my vehicle to prevent further issues
• The other player continued ramming while I was stationary
• CR should not occur in Green Zones at all

Based on this, I believe I was incorrectly held responsible for the actions of another player.

Request​

I respectfully request:

• A review of the incident (logs and/or video if available)
• Removal or reduction of the prison punishment if the review confirms the above
• Consideration of action against the player who initiated the ramming
