We were conducting a normal arrest of a 10-15. During the arrest process, the accused began using OOC insults toward To us.

He directed inappropriate and offensive comments at us, including statements such as “suck my dick and similar vulgar expressions.

These comments were clearly OOC, toxic, and unrelated to RP. This behavior violates GR 3.1, as it disrupts the RP environment and creates a hostile atmosphere.
The situation was a standard arrest and did not justify any OOC harassment or offensive language.
