Rejected Request for Management Review – 14 Day Suspension

Dear Curator, I am writing respectfully to request a management level review regarding my recent 14 day suspension for racism. I fully understand that this section is intended only for serious matters, and I would not be contacting you if I did not genuinely believe a review could be appropriate. First and foremost, I want to clearly state that I take full responsibility for what I said. My behavior was inappropriate and against server rules. I sincerely apologize for my words and understand why action was taken. This is my first offense on the server, and I deeply regret allowing frustration in the moment to influence my behavior. The statement was said in voice chat while speaking to another individual and was not directed at the officer involved. However, I understand that this does not excuse the language used. I am not attempting to deny the violation or avoid accountability. I respectfully ask whether, considering this is my first offense and my otherwise clean record, there is any possibility of reconsidering or slightly reducing the suspension duration. I truly value being part of the GrandRP community and respect the work the administration team does. Regardless of the outcome, I assure you that this behavior will not happen again. I would also like to apologize to the officer when I get unbanned. Thank you for your time and consideration.
