• Reason 1: Responsibility and Leadership Skills
The National Guard is one of the most important and disciplined government structures. I want to lead NG because I have strong leadership skills, can manage people properly, and make quick but logical decisions during critical RP situations such as raids, emergency states, or military operations.
• Reason 2: Improving Discipline and Professionalism
NG must represent strength, order, and professionalism. My goal is to build a highly disciplined team with clear rules, proper chain of command, and realistic military behavior. I want every soldier to understand their responsibilities and act maturely both IC and OOC.
• Reason 3: Increasing Activity and High-Quality RolePlay
I want to make the National Guard more active by organizing military trainings, tactical exercises, base security operations, and cooperation with other government organizations. This will increase RP quality and make NG an essential and respected faction on the server.

- Conduct regular military trainings (formations, radio communication, tactical movement, checkpoint RP).
- Implement a strict but fair promotion system based on activity and RP quality.
- Organize joint operations with Police, FIB, and Government to create realistic large-scale RP scenarios.
- Maintain professional communication (no OOC in IC chats, no unrealistic actions).
- Introduce detailed documentation system (reports, duty logs, operation summaries).
- Encourage soldiers to stay in character at all times and punish rule violations properly.
