Hello Admin,


My name is Aks Rodriguez (ID: 136490). I am writing to respectfully request a review of my 30-day ban, which was rejected with the note to read General Rules 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3.

First, I want to be clear that I understand communication toward staff must always remain adequate and respectful. I also understand that if I disagree with a staff decision, I should follow the correct procedure and submit a complaint to the Chief Administrator, instead of letting frustration show in the wrong place. If my tone came across as too harsh, I sincerely apologize. It genuinely was not my intention to disrespect or insult any staff member.

I also want to say this directly: I am truly sorry. I let the situation get to me, and I handled it the wrong way. That is on me, and I understand why that is not acceptable.

However, I would like to ask for reconsideration because the duration of 30 days seems disproportionate to the rules referenced in the rejection:
• Rule 5.1 lists a punishment of a mute (20 to 60 minutes).
• Rule 5.3 lists a punishment of a 7-day ban.

Since the rejection specifically points to Rules 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3, I do not understand how this results in a 30-day ban unless additional rules were applied. If other violations were involved, I respectfully ask you to specify them so I can respond properly. Otherwise, I kindly request that the punishment be adjusted to match the sanction range of the referenced rules. I am not trying to avoid responsibility, I am only asking for fairness and consistency.

I really enjoy GrandRP and I want to be part of the server, especially now with the new update. A lot of my friends are online every day, and right now I am completely missing out on playing with them and participating in what everyone is doing. I also have Prime and I was progressing through the Battle Pass, and I was looking forward to continuing that progress instead of losing a whole month.

If you give me a second chance, I will keep my communication respectful, I will use the correct sections for complaints, and I will not repeat this mistake. If it helps, I am fully willing to speak with staff on Discord to apologize directly and to confirm I understand the correct procedures. I am also willing to accept a warning or a reduced punishment that fits the referenced rules.

I am also willing to apologize personally to the administrator involved. If preferred, I can speak with staff on Discord to explain the situation calmly, answer any questions, and make sure there are no misunderstandings.
