Reason 1 (good relations): If I get leadership of SAHP I can make sure everyone in this organisation is always acting professional and no toxicity towards any other organisations. How am I going to do this? I will make this happen by getting the best HRT team to train everyone in the organisation up to the best standards. I will always work with other organisations in events to make sure our chances of winning are at there max. I will always make sure my organisation respects all other orgs the same way they respect SAHP.
Reason 2 (building SAHP): Being Leader of SAHP I would make sure everyone has a chance of joining with constant recruitment drives and 24/7 hiring at HQ. everyone can get a chance to join, If they need training the Human resources department will always be active and available for each phase of training. I can offer perfect attendance at events with me my org and a highly trained team of special weapons and tactics (SWAT). I want to motivate and improve my organisation by helping them with whatever they need help with. If they have something wrong we have a perfect IA (internal Affairs) department they can report it to. I will make sure my organisation know that I will always listen to them and take their words into consideration. I will make SAHP great again.
