Dear Administration Team
I am writing regarding the ban that was placed on my account today for blacklist evasion
I honestly do not know the exact reason for this action or how it happened. Two days ago the game was not working for me and I contacted technical support at that time regarding the issue

The only reason I used a VPN was because the game would not open for me and I was trying to access it normally I did not use it for any other purpose
I would also like to point out that there seems to be an error in the stated date, as my account was not banned on the date mentioned
I kindly ask you to review my case and verify the details I always try to follow all rules and regulations, and I have not intentionally violated any policies
