Hello, Admin.
I filed a forum complaint against the Ozmens family. Admin Snapby reviewed the forum and found that the individuals we confronted were from the same family, either 4 or 5 people. They received the punishment, but I noticed that Admin Snapby didn't issue a warning to the family because 4 or 5 people from the same family were involved. Furthermore, they repeatedly broke the rules. Please investigate this. It's possible that some members left the family after the forum complaint.
