2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all, I have been in gangs for a long time and I have worked my way up from low ranks to Under Deputy or higher. Because of that, I understand how the system works and what problems a leader can face. I already have experience managing members, handling situations, and keeping things under control.
Second, I didn’t join just to stay at one position. I always wanted to improve and take more responsibility. Becoming a leader is the next step for me. I am ready for the pressure and the responsibility that comes with it, and I believe I can handle it properly.
Third, I want to make Grove Street Families strong, active, and respected again. I want members to enjoy being in the gang, participate in events, and feel motivated. I will keep a friendly environment but at the same time maintain discipline.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i) We will attend all events like hostage situations, store robberies, FZ raids, etc. This keeps the organization active and improves RP for everyone.
ii) Toxicity should not be tolerated. It creates unnecessary problems and can lead to warnings. I will make sure members behave properly.
iii) No favoritism. Promotions will be based only on activity and performance, not personal friendship.
iv) I will personally guide new members about rules so we can avoid rule breaks and keep the organization clean.
4. My goals during my leadership
i) Achieve 100% turf control during the season.
ii) Meet and exceed weekly event requirements.
iii) Maintain strong attendance in all gang events.
iv) Minimize rule breaks and keep the organization clean.
v) Dominate and control the ghetto area strategically.
vi) Create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members.
vii) Provide bonuses based on participation and performance in events like hostages, store robberies, and other activities.
