2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1. I gained so much experience in gang in past i joind so many gang and the experience was so good for me i also lead so many events in gangs like gunstore, clands, subs etc. so i have that ability infact i have a lot of members for making my term stronger terriest org.
2.2. i alredy mentioned i lead so many events in so many gangs and that event will be sucessfully ended. so i know ihave that leadership ability i can manage the events and i can also manage the gang aswell.
2.3. my gang is going to fully active because i also know the gang members or a city members they just want activity the full active gang so they can enjoy a lot we can host the back to back events so the members also enjoy a lot on highways, store rob,clands there are also more fun for doing the grafity.i can also maintain the activity in getto.
3. Your advices for improving roleplay in organization
I recruit max to max members host max events we will also active in getto every hour max spry profit basically the game members and gang members need max activity so i will be always being active and wining al the events sucessfully.i recruit trusted deputies and highcommands so there will be no favoritism and corruption in my orgnization. we will follow all the rules. if anyone breaking the rule will be get the strike or blacklisted the gang.
