In the situation you can see that I went to bank for get some money and after that i come out from the bank and a FIB vehicle approach and without any RP situation they start asking my identification and within a minute they gave me Ub demand and tase me. After that they cuffed me and ask me for passport, I said uncuff me and he replied, No, I wont. So its clearly a fail RP.
