Tawfiq Vercetti born in Bangladesh in the capital city. He had his own etiquette and values. His unusual red eyes and grey hair made him look like drug addict but it was natural. Tawfiq was good at school, so he earned good grades and was able to study in Los Santos at age 19. He tried to find opportunity to do better in his life but unfortunately, he end up at ghetto where he used to get beaten by gang members to fulfil daily quota of gang cash collection. He wanted to get rid of it. Later on his life took a swift turn when officer Alif rescued him from gang boss. Tawfiq had an outstanding photographic memory which helped him to work as leo.

Tawfiq started his law enforcement life from SAHP. He had weak knowledge but he was mature and had harsh life experience. Soon he started to work hard in his field and made some good decisions, which slowly made him normal like other officers. Those who didnt liked him started to like him because of his sincerity toward the department and friendly nature. Soon, he was transferred to Los Santos Police Department. In LSPD, he proved that his position is not low. Soon, he secured postion of Assistant chief for his dedication and hard work. He almost wiped half of the criminal rackets in city with his special tactics.
Tawfiq saw corruption and favoritism in the system. He started to blame this unfair system but at one time, He began to settle with it as it was giving him advantages. He had saw some officers who used corrupt methods to gain financial profits and advantage. He learned their ways and started implementing them. He kept his record clean at every situation and backed up for worse situation so that he can cover up.
