The organization that is conducting the event: Los Santos Police Department ( LSPD )
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
One Day Mr Deputy Chief of Police got a call from his Informant about Hidden Drug Lab, He went there off duty to check the information was really right or false, when he reached there he saw the lab protected by armed Guard See weed and cocain getting transported from Ships and he took the evidence from his phone and fle the scean quietly and goes to the Chief and discuss the plan how to bust this drug lab as this drug lab was bigger than the expectation they need huge backup from all the organisation so Deputy Chief goes to Capitol to meet Governor to discuss about something when he was waiting in governor office for governor in mean time large number of Heavily Armed Gang Member came inside the capitol and took Deputy Chief Hostage as the gang member got to know about Informant leaking the location and Deputy Chief got to know about the location so they kill the informant and keep a eye on Deputy Chief where he is going untill they saw him entering capitol in morning with low security they took over the place and demands was given They need time to Empty Their Drug lab and 300k to release the hostage and next what will happen hostage get killed or he stay alive is depends on Negotiation,
Role of Each Organization Involved:
FIB/SAHP/LSPD/NG: Work together to save the Deputy Chief of Police
GOV: Regular state waves to not go Near Capitol Juro so they dont get in any issue
Other organizations involved:
Families/Bloods/Ballas/Vagos/Marabunta: Work Together and Take over Capitol And Save their Drug Lab
Admin Requirements: Remove GZ from Capitol, And Check For Nlr Is not Getting Broken
How is the event won?
Leos: Save the Hostage and Neutralize all Gang Member to Win
Gang: Stop Leos to Leave the Capitol by using Hostage as Barrier to Save their Drug lab and hold capitol for 30 mins
Prize for the winner: If Leos Win: Each Org will Get 100k
If Gang Win: Each Gang Leader will Get 100k
