Dear Admins,
While driving around the city, I stopped at a gas station to get my car repaired. Then SAHP came to me and told me to get out of the car because it didn't have license plates. I didn't get out of the car, and judging by the character of the person who asked me to get out of the car because it didn't have license plates (I heard he insulted my mother), but that wasn't him saying it; it belonged to the person running behind him with ID 96623.
The reason was that their voices were different and there were only two people there. I don't think the person who told me to get out of the car was talking to anyone else; it was clearly talking to the person with ID 96623.
In short, they were both doing Metagaming, and 96623 had insulted my mother.
I want both of them to receive penalties from MetaGaming, but I want the person with ID 96623 to receive the appropriate punishment because it's clearly evident that they insulted my mother.
