I want to become the leader of FIB because I am highly motivated to improve the quality of roleplay within the organization and on the server overall. FIB plays a very important role in maintaining balance, creating serious investigations, and ensuring high-level criminal roleplay. I want to lead FIB in a professional and structured way that promotes realism, teamwork, and strong communication.
I believe a good FIB leader must be mature, calm under pressure, and fair to both civilians and criminals. My goal is to build a disciplined and active team that focuses on proper investigations, evidence collection, undercover operations, and strong internal organization.
i like to help the people in the organisation the players and the citizens, ive helped alot of pople in FIB and cityzens when i was in fib, they were satasfied by my choises and they were proud to have me in the organisation they said. ive made alot og good fiends there who supports my decicions.
i know how to lead a oprganisation and be there for whoever needs is and be respectfull.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay within the organization.
To improve the roleplay within the organization, I would personally focus on making everything more structured and realistic. I think FIB should not only focus on quick actions, but also on building long-term investigations and serious undercover operations. That creates better and more meaningful RP for everyone involved.
I would also make sure that all agents receive proper training in investigation work, communication, and professionalism. In my opinion, strong discipline and clear expectations are very important if we want high-quality RP.
Another important thing for me is teamwork. I want FIB members to work together, plan operations properly, and communicate clearly both internally and with other government organizations. This would lead to more coordinated and immersive scenarios.
Overall, my goal is to make FIB more active, organized, and respected on the server, while raising the overall RP standard within the organization.
