I would like to submit an appeal regarding my server ban and explain the full situation from the beginning.
My in-game name is omar_ebdah and I have been playing on this server for about four years. I respect the rules of the city and I would never risk my account by using cheats.
A player made a complaint against me claiming that I was teleporting to collect statues. This is not true. I use the BF400 motorcycle, which is very fast, to travel between statue locations. That is how I reached the statues quickly.
When I arrived at one of the statues and collected it, the player said that he did not see me and assumed that I teleported. However, according to the video, his PC was running at around 24 FPS and he had high ping, which could easily explain why he did not see my character properly.
After collecting the statue, I stayed in the area for a few minutes waiting for the plane to respawn, then I saw it and continued my way to the next statue.
In the complaint, the admin initially wrote that he would come and check my PC. I fully agreed with that because I have nothing to hide. However, about 30 minutes later, the admin deleted the message and banned me directly without performing any PC check and without bringing me to explain the situation.
As far as I understand, the proper procedure should have been to call me for a PC check and explain the reason before issuing a ban. I was not given that chance.
I am requesting a fair review of the situation. The video can be checked again, and I am completely willing to undergo a full PC inspection at any time to prove that I am not using any hacks or illegal software.
I truly enjoy playing in this city and have spent years here. I would never cheat or break the rules.
